1. Implement user Applications
- Configure hardware, software and design application requirements of products offered to customers to
meet their requirements
- Establishment and maintain computer networking system (LAN/WAN)
- Install OS and Necessary software (Ability to manage and configuration Windows 7, 10 and OS POS Ready7 and Anti-Virus Products)
2. Hardware/Software trouble solving
- Hardware failure primary action fix
- Re-install software and application
3. IT Consultant
- Investigate and analysis IT problem
- Provide solution and recommendation
4. On-site service
- Provide engineering on-site service following service level agreement
5. Set IT standard for customer to easier support from helpdesk and document HW/SW and Network configuration
6. Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the management
7. Project Control
- Prepare progress reports to Project Manager
- Cooperate and managed Subcontractor relate to project response
- Vendor management and control quality of service
- Provide second line support for subcontractor and user
8. Trouble Shooting
- Define the problems
- Determine the problems’ urgency and difficulty
- Assign responsible person to make corrections
9. Participate and assist in driving knowledge management
10. Conduct customer monthly meeting at customer site
- If has experience in retail service and POS support will be an advance
- At least 1 years experience in customer service or IT Service Management
- Good Troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
- Ability to multi-tasks and good at problem solving
- Service-mind and interpersonal skill
- Good command of English would be an advantage
- Able to work overtime
