-Perform daily check on customer Infrastructure and Data Center for systems availability, backups completeness, check and resolve the alarms from infrastructure devices and escalate to Head of IT in a timely manner to meet within SLA
-Ensure that system patch are updated for customer servers
-Troubleshoot problems and questions encountered by Users. This includes escalate to regional support teams if required and follow up until incident has been resolved
-Prepare and create permission for access the server system.
-Manage WIFI account permission and support request of guest’s WIFI account
-Cooperate with 3rd parties to resolve the network and infrastructure problems
-Comply all IT regulations & policies
-Perform the infrastructure activities related to problem management and change management as standard processes of IT operation.
-Lead/monitoring incident ticket operation and ensure service level agreement (SLA)
-Manage and implement IT infrastructure projects
-Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors during project execution
-Administrate Windows server, Network Device, Security System, Antivirus, Backup and Storage System
-Provisioning network devices and servers
-Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
-Manage and document IT operation manual
-Support other IT tasks as assigned by supervisor/SDM
