Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of administrative services for the executive level
- Assist the executive with ad-hoc miscellaneous executive projects, as well as assign and coordinate deliverables with the extended team members
- Coordinate various meetings / conferences hosted by the Executive as well as managing and coordinating schedules with senior staff members to ensure that there are no clashes with appointments
- Prepare reports and presentations for the executive per assigned
- Assist with preparation of tenders, RFQs, RFPs and other documents to support business transactions or acquisitions
- Reply to phone calls and emails on behalf of senior staff members
Qualifications:
- less than one year experience in administrative support or related functions is welcome.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, familiar with excel function such as Pivot table and Pivot reporting
- Strong communicators and collaborator, able to work well with people and understand people needs
- Proactive and Resourceful
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to prioritize task and manage work schedule
- Fair command of English (Writing, Reading, Speaking & Listening)
