Responsibilities:
- Install and configure operating systems and application softwares as well as anticipating the potential issues
- Manage and monitor system performance and infrastructures, implement changes and apply new patches and versions when required
- Overview network and Internet troubleshooting, daily system monitoring to ensure no productivity set-backs
- Document system configurations
- coordinate with IT support and software developer teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, IT, software engineering or relevant fields
- 0-3 years of experience in system engineering is preferred
- excellent knowledge of Unix
- Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fair command of English, writing, speaking, reading
