Responsibilities:
- Analyze and solve the technical issues from applications
- provide administrative supports and solve the occurred problems
- Create daily and weekly report to present the progress of problem-solving
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or related field
- 0-3 years of experience in IT functions
- Have work experience in IT support, Help desk is preferable
- Proficient skills of Microsoft excel and admin support
- Understand technical tools including Java, PL/SQL is preferable
- Have service-mind and good communication skills
- Be a quick learner and high responsibility
