Responsibilities:
- Maintain, monitor ongoing projects, and tracking any problems found
- Assist the project manager to ensure the established plan
- Coordinate with involved parties, set up project meeting and be responsible of producing minute of meeting
- Prepare project documentations
- Other tasks assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher of any fields
- 1-3 year experiences in project coordinating, supporting or related job functions
- Excellent communication skill, multi-tasking and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Able to prioritize important tasks, and good time-management skill
- Good command of English communication; reading, writing, speaking
