- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application
software and system management tools.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure
availability
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks,

- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Work with IT Global team in case we have new infrastructure project implementation
- IT Infrastructure services including but not limited to:
o Manage windows-based domain servers
o Manage Windows-based File, DHCP and DNS servers and VMs
o VPN/Fortinet Firewall services
o WLAN and LAN infrastructure services
o Backup and Recovery
o User Access Management and Office365/Sharepoint/Outlook services
- Telephony/PABX Management
- Implementation of IT policies, processes and procedures (ITIL/COBIT) including
o Infrastructure Change Management
o User Access Management
o Etc.
- Management and coordination of 3rd party service providers (TRUE, Microsoft etc.)
- Manage IT Infrastructure projects such as office relocations
Qualification:
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows Server based environments.
Cloud experience, preferably in Office 365
Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
Good command in English
