• Review, analyze and adjust allocation plans incorporating sales trends
• Reforecast business in-season based on current performance, present revised projections and
recommendations to cross functional partners
• Create allocation strategies, incorporating the merchandise plan and flow strategy to meet store
inventory needs
• Create and plan product assortments (item, color, size) for each product category
• Lead the whole business by planning sales floor layout and marketing plan
• Communicate with GHQ(Japan) to confirm product information and global guideline
• Manage replenishment plans to ensure that sales are optimized, and stores are without missing SKU
• Support of any assignment required by a supervisor
Language Skill English, Business Level (Report to Japanese and Korean Manager and work closely with headquarter)
Requirements
• Having over 2 years' direct experience in merchandising/buying
• Experience of merchandising/buying in retail business would be highly considered
• Fast execution, proactive and good team player
• Excellent analytical and mathematical proficiency with strong business
• Having a strong teamwork, ability to work under pressure and have a sense of urgency and accuracy
• Open-minded, adapting to change and flexible
• High level of experience and proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products- Word,
PowerPoint, Outlook
• Very good communication skills (written and spoken)
• Able to work overtime or in holiday if there is the task request
• Desire to work for a global customer centric, fast moving, and result-oriented company
